A lot to tell but not much time at the moment!
After some technical problems with the engine again (same defect we had in lelystad, reocurred in bad wavy weather conditions) we decided to sail southwards via internal waters.
Starting at Stellendam we sailed via Middelharnis (stayed there for two days to repair the engine and to service a new (secondhand) outboard engine we bought there) and Willemstad to Breskens (in front of Vlissingen harbour) where we stayed one night. From Breskens we started off southwards on the North Sea via Zeebrugge (one night stay) and arrived yesterday in Dunkerque.
We’re just having the last coffee in France in a nice little brasserie here in town.
Tomorrow we will hopefully cross the channel to England.
