Finally the White Witch has arrived at IJmuiden, at the end of the Noordzeekanaal and the “beginning” of the North Sea.
Coming from the IJsselmeer we passed Amsterdam (stayed there in a tiny marina close to the center of the city for one night) we have finally reached the open sea and are now looking forward to travelling down the Dutch coast towards Scheveningen which is our next planned stop.
Tomorrow my parents are going visit us here on the White Witch again! On the weekend we will hopefully start our journey towards the south, but that – of course – depends on the wind!
