This past weekend the Witch received another two honourable guests, Maureen and Robert, who came to visit from Sidmouth. The weather was fantastic, in fact far too hot to stay ashore so we decided to go out for a sail around the Sound.
Had to lock-out due to the low water and then set sail to the breakwater, having gone out a bit and seeing Plymouth from the sea with both sails up. It was a very nice and pleasant afternoon which terminated with another coming in through the lock where loads of boats were fitted in like sardines all rafted-up in order to get back to the harbour.
